If you refer someone and we help them find a new job, we’ll pay you $1,000 and also donate $1,000 to a local nonprofit or charity.
If you refer a company and we help them make a new hire, we’ll pay you $1,000 and also donate $1,000 to a local nonprofit or charity. This applies only to the first hire made, and not subsequent hires.
If you refer someone and we help them find a new contract gig, we’ll pay you $500 and also donate $500 to a local nonprofit or charity.
For a New Job referral, a candidate must remain employed in the new job for 90 days and then we will make the payment.
For a New Company referral, the first hire made must remain employed for 90 days and then we will make the payment.
For a New Gig referral, we will make the payment after we have collected $500 in billable hours. This could be one week or many months, depending on the Gig. If the Gig ends before $500 is collected, we will make a payment for the amount collected.
Each quarter, we will select a new nonprofit or charity (four per year). We'll announce the nonprofit or charity in places like our blog or newsletter.
